Group Classes - Instructors will be maintaining a minimum of 6 feet distance between themselves and clients. There will be minimal touching or tactile cueing in group classes. For this reason, instructors and clients will not be required to wear a mask and gloves in group classes.
Maintain at least 6 feet of distance between clients at all times.
Our machines are now 2 meters apart according to the latest Fraser Health protocols.
Chairs in the waiting area are marked 6 feet apart. Please adhere to physical distancing while waiting.
When getting on and off your equipment, please get off on the entrance side of the room so we are maintaining distance through transitions.
